Bismishisha

A colloquial fusion of the word "Bismillah" (an arabic word meaning "in the name of God") and "Qifsha"(meaning fuck). Qifsha is transform to its common misspelling of "Shisha" do combine into a word that is most commonly used as an exclamation in many northern Albanian villages.

"Kush bismishisha ne shtepine?"
"Who the bismishisha is in our house"
"I was bismishishad in the pidhi"
