Someone who stands when giving a blumpkin because the floor is far too disgusting to kneel on. In this position the arms are close to the body resembling T-Rex arms, and the person looks like a dinosaur munching on its poopy-smelling prey.

Ask that girl to the bathroom, I hear she's a real blumpkinsaurus rex.
