A bella maria is a girlfriend of a muzza. Bellamarias wear tights and skimpy tops (even in winter) huge earrings, heaps of makeup, carry big bags, chews gum, talk on the phone 24-7, eats maccas, screams/yells in public and bums around broadmeadows, dallas, epping plaza, northland and highpoint shopping centres. Usually bellamarias are aussie, assyrian, turkish, italian, lebo or greek.
