Adjective to describe someone or something that is preachy, lecturing, virtue-signaling, victim-signaling and boring.

A person should not have to earn respect and develop self-confidence from accomplishments resulting from work ethic, patience and professionalism, but instead should listen to archetype podcasts to learn how to whine and lie to get ahead.
