Verb. A way of showing anger and emotion through the internet, often seen in blog entries or IMs. Considered a breach of netiquette, one should only go ALLCAPS during periods of internet distress.

ALL CAPS
ALL CAPS is how MF DOOM wants you to spell his name. Originated from a line from MF DOOM's 2004 album, "Madvilliany," in this album there is a song titled, "ALL CAPS," and in it MF DOOM states, "Just remember ALL CAPS when you spell the man name." In this song he specifies that he wants people and his audience to spell his name in ALL Capital letters.

A "No Surprises Wedding," or NSW, is a wedding invitation designation that tells attendees that there can be no unplanned announcements, engagements, events or speeches at the wedding - all actions must be pre-approved by the couple. Anyone who performs an unapproved "surprise" will be asked to leave the wedding early.
