used as an insult; babies born while they’re mother is on accutane can have extreme side affects such as abnormalities of the face, eyes, ears, skull, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, and thymus and parathyroid glands. Cases of IQ scores less than 85 with or without other abnormalities have been reported.

a term referring to someone who's mother was on the drug accutane while pregnant with them meaning they are deformed and dumb. this is used as an insult.
