On GTLive (Its a stream on Youtube from The Game Theorists.) We always blame their producer Jason with #BlameJason. If anything goes wrong we #BlameJason. We have to Blame him at least once a stream.

We couldn't stream so #BlameJason.

A word that's in the dictionary, but probably shouldn't be. An exclamation used to put blame, regardless of how ridiculous, on an unknown entity named "Jason". No one knows what his face looks like, but some say he has the face of a horse and the body of a crab. Some say he is actually Skip. No one knows...
The expression is an inside joke on the GTLive Streams.
