Derived from the acronym, CUBR, or "Crazy Uncle Bob Republicans." Thought to refer to the phenomenon that many Republicans resemble nothing so much as your "Crazy Uncle Bob," muttering to himself in the corner of the dining room, embarrassing the family.

Cubeside Manner

An employees (Someone who works in a cubical) approach or attitude toward others in the work place.
E.g. A high end developers ego is often inflated and lacks normal communication skills with others. This persons "cubeside manner" would be seen as poor due to the lack of empathy towards and ability to articulate a thought without seeming they are high and mighty.
