Frosty

An adjective. Someone who is disciplined, detached, or even ruthless, can be described as frosty. It can also can refer to a philosophy or way of thinking and acting that removes emotional compulsion and impulsiveness from decision making. Frosty can also be used in a self-deprecating way, or as an excuse to do or not do something.

Her: "Hell no, you know that I'm frosty with my money."
Me: "I know that when I asked you for two dollars for a pack of gum you told me to ask my mum."
