(using that spacing and capitalization), is an acronym for "Queer Trans Hug Über Gronp" aka an epic hug involving every member in a Queer Trans club such as QTLUG, the Queer/Trans Linux User Group or such. Usually used to celebrate a big win such as a friend having their first Traniversary!! It also has the additional awesomeness of sounding like "cutie hug", which it usually is!

A wonderful, warm summer night the sad O walked home on the pretty, rectangular road all alone. The O had always been jealous of the pretty shape of the sidewalk. A fairy suddently appeared in front of the O, and said: "You have ooooone wish, choose it wisely". The O confidently answered: "I want to be different!". The fairy put a spell on the O, and out of nowhere a little tail appeared. The O reneaimed themselves from O to Q! And that's how the Q entered our world.
