Often you see yourself in a dark room. Everything around you may seem grey or black. the world somehow disappears and you only see pain. In most settings, you stare off into space and see nothing, because your mind is numb. You often cry aggressively in your room or the bathroom. Sometimes when you cry it fees like someone is strangling you. It's the darkest place to be. Sometimes even unavoidable. Can be caused because of relationships gone bad.

boy: Damn, what was wrong with Diana today? She looks like she's already dead.
girl: she's like that everyday, she has depression.
Boy: Omg i didn't know. That's awful!

Depression

Depression is a hole that you fell into and once you think your finally free you fall back in. In the process of falling in you get hurt you become crazy and you pretend that everything is ok when it's not. When you ask for help you get out of the hole and then the person that helped you abandons you. Then you fall back in and get even more hurt and even more emotionally unstable and distressed

I keep falling in the depression hole, I got out..WAIT. i fell back in.
