Get the chocolate covered oreosmug. Oreo refers to a black person who acts like a gangsta and/or act like they live in the hood and/or use a bunch of slang nobody understands. So, basically, they act like a cool black kid. But they might appear black on the outside, but they are really more like a white person in the inside (Get it? Like an oreo).
