*When an individual makes a comment toward someone's action with slight disrespect in front a crowd that can be seen as a "friendly" trash talk or a joke between two friends/rivals but the moral transgressor here is referencing a past event that only their target would know and the target (assuming they're wise) would know that the moral transgressor would have an alibi and or an escape goat if they were call them out for being what that person is.

(Lilith met Jasmine at E3Expo in 2016 and became acquainted)
(Lilith found out that Jasmine was on a rocky relationship with her boyfriend, James in 2017)
(Lilith exploited that and "stole" James from Jasmine)
(Both Jasmine and Lilith like going to E3Expo every year)
Lilith commented (said only you could loose a boyfriend like that in a jokingly tone) in front of a crowd on Jasmine loosing her video game "boyfriend" to an AI in the newest Dating Simulator game at E3Expo while still recovering from 3 years relationship that ended up James leaving her and Jasmine didn't want to call her out for being snake instead of being supportive during her rocky relationship cause she knew that would give Lilith the gratification she was looking for but also give her an alibi or an escape goat which would be the Dating Simulator game that Jasmine was playing at the time because the people who watched her play didn't know what has transpired and that there is a history between Jasmine and Lilith. So Jasmine left E3Expo earlier than she would have because accusing Lilith a stalker wouldn't stick at E3Expo.
