Someone who has odd interests, and is often silly at times and a REALLY ANNOYING person or creature.

My sister is such a dorkish phene.

When someone who supposedly does nothing attracts a lot of attention. Almost like a disease, it is contagious, and it is easily spread.

An example of Dorkitis. Someone in a chat room is minding their own business and people start trying to talk to them.
