The trend seen in character designs where non-human but still humanoid characters, especially aliens and anthropomorphic animals, do not wear clothing or do not wear clothing that would be seen as sufficient by humans. Examples are Ficus Licker from Undertale, Daniel Tiger from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and Timmy and Tommy from Animal Crossing. Pretty much always correlates with the Heats Flamesman exception (non-humans not having private parts).

It's the curtain-call effect, so yeah it's probably allowed here.

James Curtain

One of the most amazing people you will ever meet. He is smart, caring, an excellent soul mate and an amazing all around dude. James Curtain is also studying a degree that is kinda hard to get into but he doesn't talk about it often because he is so humble as well. James also likes star wars and lego and you should definitely go hang out with him.
