You'll get fat

A phrase used by your employee when you bring up wanting to "move to another job". The employer knows the employee is severely underpaid relative to his or her responsibilities but is too disconnected to realize the reality of the situation. So, the employer uses some arbitrary phrase, that doesn't have to do with getting underpaid, in a last-ditch attempt/effort to get the employee to reconsider their decision. If some employee decides to apply and move on, the manager will make defamatory statements about the employee skills as a last resort to ensure they won't get the position.
Employee: "Hey, so I'm moving on to another XYZ position"
Employer: "Hmm, IDK about the XYZ position... if you moved on to that position, you'll get fat!"
Employee: "But what does that have to do with me trying to get into this position?"
Employer: "Anyways thanks for letting me know. But just so you know, you'll get fat!"
