Twitcher is an offensive ablest term for anyone who has uncontrollable facial ticks and twitches, such as a sufferer of Cerebral Palsy or Tourette's Syndrome.

Originating from Twitch.tv insults are usually followed up with gaming or streaming analogies to describe the twitches, hence the term Twitcher.

Fred: Look Jon, we've got a Twitcher over here, the frame rate is terrible, her stream must be dropping.
Jon: Don't say that she's got Cerebral Palsy
Fred: Nah just press F5, that usually works
Jon: You're a terrible person, I'm not friends with you

A toxic person who lashes out at others without any good reason in an attempt to make their flawed ideals the norm. Named after the similarly toxic streaming service who lashes out at their own audience.

Person 1: Hey did you see Ethan tried to get another youtuber canceled because of a joke they made 5 years ago?
Person 2: What a Twitch.

Typically a term for a new player in a game, commonly rust, that has purchased the game after watching a twitch streamer play, and uses in-game strategies that aren’t particularly useful and a more commonly used on the role playing side of the game.

Teammate: “There’s guy coming towards us”
