Owned by Richard Property Management Inc The 3pmer's and Side-chatters maintain a consistent site visit schedule. If you are passing by and look up you may be lucky enough to see the 3pmer's camera crew taking pictures of the landscape.

Unless you are in the tower it is best to avoid it around 3pm.
