Usually a male who is considered fresh by others and/or himself. This term can be combined with the person's name in order to enhance their title.

Zach: Normand is a Fresh Daddy.
Tommy:(sarcastic remark)
Fresh Daddy Normand: That statement is obviously false considering i am a Fresh Daddy and you are not.
