Someone who is overly prepared or overly keen for something. (Opposite of baller) For example, when camping, someone with too all the hiking gear. Another example is a middle aged cyclist with head to toe Lycra and hi-vis eyebrows.

Harry: Have you seen James maths set, he’s got a protractor, a compass and a really fancy calculator.

Honey badger mode

When you reach the point of not giving a fuck. Usually this can be caused by multiple intakes of drugs, steady increase of disappointment, desperation, and/or frustration. Also this can also be defined as beast mode, basically meaning you are in the zone or performing at a level beyond the skill of normal men.

Honey badger mode is:

1. The guy who takes whatever is left after he has been shut down by all the cute girls at the club

2. The guy who runs over 5 players to get into the end zone.

3. Someone who talks a whole lotta shit in a place where they have 0% chance of winning, and live to tell about it.

carpet bagger

In the post-US Civil War South, carpetbaggers were Northerners who moved to the South to take advantage of the unstable social, financial, and political climate. They were called "carpetbaggers" to imply that they were such poor, transient characters that they merely moved south carrying all their possessions in a carpet-bag. A carpet-bag, by the way, isn't a bag for carrying carpet, but a soft-sided suitcase or satchel made out of carpet.

Today, the phrase refers to someone who moves to a new location for opportunistic reasons.

Hillary is a carpet bagger.
