A play on words from the saying Brass Tacks, but carries like meaning . The implication being Brass, as in Knuckles and Tax, being violence or threat of violence and paying what's due or else. Similar To "F#@% around and Find out" But with a stronger, physical and visual implication.

Good to see that you're making good to correct you mistakes and pay what you owe, otherwise you would have had to pay the Brass Tax to make it right.

According to some comments from TikTok, it means that a friend of Kai Cenat, takes a portion of food from Kai and his friend as tax since he likes food.

Kai Cenat had a friend come over for dinner, and unexpectedly his friend experienced a fanum tax initiated by Fanum.

Man, the way he took food from us looked like it was a fanum tax.
