The act of going to someone's house, picking up any object you see, presenting it in some fashion(wether through a small dance or holding it in the air) and hiding it on your person.

I was arrested for Pulling a (insert Rpg main characters name here) at my neighbors house.

A phrase that you can use if ya want to split something equally between 2 (two) or more people. Aka Communism.

Example;

Guy 1:"aww, there is one last slice of pizza."

Guy 2:"How about we pull a USSR and slice that slice in half, so we both have equal amounts"

Guy 1:"Oh yeah dude that's kewl."
