Literally, a shit weasel rims with such enthusiasm that, well lets just say some things are best not said... Basically calling someone a shit weasel is like calling them an ass kisser, brown noser, etcetera, but moreso.

Is not tough at all, and usually cannot physically fight back or defend himself. Fights back by running his mouth, pestering someone, or by pursuing legal action against them (that’s usually all he can do, since he’s not a tough guy)
