Get the Movie Maker Animatormug. This is the fatigue that sets in during the summer blockbuster season. It usually happens about the middle of July when the majority of the high-end summer movies have premiered and have been in the theaters for over a month, some since May. This time period is when theaters are nearly empty.
I saw Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and had the theater to myself. It was a case of summer movie fatigue.
