A word created for the Japanese language, Chinkara is a combination of two Japanese words. Chinchin (penis), and Chikara (power). This gives Chinkara the meaning of penis power, basically.

His chinkara was so great that the girl couldn't walk for three days.

Usually used when describing a "tiny dick chink" or "small dick chink peen" a "chink peen" is a small, tiny peen. It is usually less than 1 inch in length and almost always is on a chink. All asians have chink peens but others can have them as well.

Chinka

A Chinese person that could be a nigga if there skin wasnt yellow. Chinka derives form the last syllable of the word nig-ga, and the word chink which is a racial slur for chinese people but then again so was nigga 100 years ago.
