Mostly associated with the Y2K aesthetic, however, this term can apply to anyone who frequents the thrift stores in search of the best aesthetic finds. Assumed to be the reason thrifting nowadays is overpriced, and stocked with items from SHEIN, H&M, and other fast fashion/mall brands.
