Someone who is just... tired. ALWAYS. TIRED.
They get 24 hours of sleep? Still tired.
Drink 10 cups of coffee? Still tired.
Ice cold water on their head? Still tired.

Person 1: I literally like, sleep for 17 hours a day, and I'm STILL FRICKING TIRED.

Person 2: I think you're just chronically tired.
