That co-worker that puts their cooler inside of a refrigerator thus leaving no room for anyone to put anything in it.

Adjective:
A person with an IQ level lower than the threshold of comprehending the invention of an ice pack resulting in doing stupid shit like putting a cooler inside of a refrigerator.

"Hey AL, your lunch is stanky and rotten, why not put it in the fridge? Are you a stupid welder?"
