Fractal Fail

A fail that causes a fail that causes a fail. A fail within a fail within a fail. In short, a self-similar, self replicating and non-terminating fail.

John and Bob walk out of geometry class.
John (to Bob): ...and it was like FAIL!
random person: (accidentally bumps into John) I'm sorry!
Bob: O.o
John: I...wasnt saying that to you...
random person: ....wait, what?
bob: fail
John: lol, I didnt even notice they bumped into me!
bob: and you said fail at the same time xD
John: and they thought I said fail to them
bob: yeah, and it was like...FAIL
john: lol, yeah, a fail within a fail!
(random person walks off)
Bob: yeah, but Im pretty sure that they didnt hear you say fail...
John: really? another fail...
Bob: fail...
(and so on...)

Triple fail

Epically failing not once, not twice, but three times. A major embarrassment. Only few people have truly performed the triple fail.

Dude! Hayley just triple failed at cheer leading!

I triple failed when I lit myself on fire, ran in front of a bus, and accidentally punched an old lady trying to put out the flames.

Fail Whale

You start to do an awkward turtle but instead of using your thumbs, you accidentally use your pinky fingers. This is a social fail and so to save embarrassment you pull your hands back in with both your thumbs and pinky fingers clenched in. This is the Fail Whale.

Sophia: OMG Rhys! You know Siobhan?
Rhys: Yeah she's a total social hand grenade.
Sophia: I know right? Well she just did a massive Fail Whale and everyone decided to throw her into the ocean. How ironic!
Rhys: Alanis Morissette butchered that word. Never speak of it again.

Epic fail

To fail epically and try to pass it off by saying something else actually happened. Its even much more epic when the fail happens in front of all of ones coworkers during an important event like a military relinquishment of command. It is only made much more epic when someone happens to capture it on film. This is what we have come to know as an Epic George Fail.

Rio: Did you see George, I think he almost passed out! Talk about an epic fail?

Throne: I know, are you okay George? It looked like you were about to pass out!

George: What are you talking about? I was readjusting my beret!

Rio: Whatever George, you just failed epically and I got a picture of it happening with my camera phone.
