an egirl, different from a girl who plays video games, is a gargoyle with blue or pink hair who usually bottom frags in Valorant. You can distinguish them by their high pitch voices and use of the word "uwu". They are not to be mistaken for girls who play video games. They are usually bottom of the barrel gamers.
