Crazy Leave is time off from work when you just cannot take anymore of the crazy ass, shitshow crap that people keep on unloading on you.
After the last meeting, Kelly had to take a Crazy Leave to recover from the insanity and stupid mistakes being made by people who were not getting enough attention.

A mental affliction suffered from prolonged confinement with only limited access to stimulation; most commonly used to describe animals.
It sometimes effects people who spend most of their days in a small or crowded house. The affliction usually manifests as a strong desire to get out of the house and find mental and/or physical stimulation.

It should be noted, however, that cage crazy relates more to boredom, depression, and the desire for stimulation than the claustrophobia, paranoia, and general stress that can be associated with cabin fever.

"Wild and crazy" is used when simply saying "wild" or "crazy" to describe a person or situation doesn't fully describe the huge degree to which that person or situation is "off the rails" , uncontrolled or manically wacko. Could have a positive or negative connotation.
Someone who is saying and doing random or extreme things could be said to be wild and crazy. Or if you had an awesome night partying with all sorts of different exciting things happening that could be said to have been a wild and crazy night out, to use it in a positive meaning.
