career tenant

A low morality individual who applies for tenancies, doesn’t pay rent for months/years, and then moves on to the next lease after forced eviction. Typically unemployed, a sex offender and/or a drug addict. Believes they are owed everything, and that the world is against them, while being a burden to their community.

James never hasn’t worked in 5 years, and doesn’t pay for any housing because he is a career tenant.
