A slogan. Most midwestern kids from the United States say pop, while most other people say soda, referring to carbonated drinks like coke, pepsi, and etc.

And they think the term pop is more correct than soda.

Hence.. "POP NOT SODA!"

person one: "Pass me a soda."

Midwestern kid: "Why do you want baking soda?"

person one: "Uh, a coke?"

Midwestern kid: "You mean a pop."

person one: "No, I don't want you to hit me, I want a freaking soda."

Midwestern kid: "It's pop not soda!!!"

a person may assist another person to pop a spot by squeezing the spot on an arm with his/hers two arms using the finger nail. You squeeze until the pressure builds and pops the spot and you wipe away the puss. The act might be painfull.
