Lila Belle is the kind of girl that will hang out with you even if you can’t stand her because she is a overall nice person. One of the upscale neighborhoods in Downingtown. Basically a neighborhood in Downingtown that used to have many white people, but it’s now full of Indians. However, these Indians are all very close-knit and they hold “Diwali Parties” which are apparently a HUGE deal. There’s some brown kids in the neighborhood that try to act white, but nobody likes them. Every kid in this community goes to STEM Academy. East Ward Elementry School is the Elementary School that the kids go to. It is known as “the ghetto school.” Catch everyone doing “sehr” (strolling) in the Bell Tavern Park.
