Gaming

This term is used to take video games seriously like a story from a book or imagining yourself as a character of that story being you. It can still be entertaining and enjoyment but also take it serious. It also means to act maturely and not childish when gaming in this way. It also a contructive activity unlike others who uses any other terms to describe gaming which is false.

Playing video games is a term used to play games by not taking it seriously or naming your character with a silly name as an example or doing silly things to make you and your story look bad or foolish. That's why gaming and playing are different.

John: Hello Tim, you must be good at playing that game.

Tim: No, I'm gaming here. You see, I accomplished my story by doing that task and did this and that. The story is quite fulfilling and enjoying. If I was "playing" as if it was a toy, I wouldn't care about it and did silly things.
