"fuck a come down" is a state where there is a level of extreme sexual urge. This urge is a spectrum from a light drizzle to a torrential downpour; using the analogy of rainfall. Once in it's torrential stage, the party involved is unable to acknowledge any other of their God-given senses and must carry out the sexual act on the most available victim(usually the common bootycall or chic/dude in the club)... if not, try and attemp a miserable sleep.
