An everyday word for calling some one: a klutz, stupid, dumb, a retard, stoner, and gay. Its just a universal term to call some one a name. It was made from a kid named joe trying to come up with a new swear that you can use in school. It is spreading through out schools.

Bobby you dropped that book "you dinget."

-A peice of poop that hangs when you crap causing you to have to salsa dance on top of your toilet seat to get it off.
