Billy rat

Also known as a bong rat. Is an extremely low insult used on people who constantly sit around and smoke billys or bongs. Usually people who have dropped out of school, have no job or extremely lower class no hopers. Generally their whole family smoke and smoke together.

Person 1: Fuck all he ever does is sit around and smoke billys
Person 2: Yer what a dirty billy rat
Person 1: HAHA!

Fantastic.

Originally applied to rat-tails, and how good they look.

Can also be used to describe situations or things that are good.

As applied to hair:
"Hey guys, how does my hair look?"
"Rat-tastic!"

As applied to a situation:
"Wow, that traveling carnival was rat-tastic!"

Someone who tries to embarrass another by telling on them when they quiff in public.

Hey did you hear that? I heard a little quiff! as Rob pointed to the woman behind the counter. She quiffed! Come on Rob stop being such a quiff rat!

Snack Rat

A male or female that is stingy, lives off other people mainly hence they wait for crumbs (opportunities) to come to them. They are a common breed and display traits of being "loose" or just a plain loser.

Other slang: Snackratacus (ultimate snack rat)

Dude you shouldn't hook up with her, she's a total snack rat.
