Typically a white man in his 30’s who likes flipping stolen items for money to buy meth and collecting useless shit. Most meth-heads have what I like to call a “ passion “. Some enjoy rapping, some like melting gold with a welding torch, some are in it for the gram.

Charley is a real Meth-head man, I saw him smoked out the other day rapping on the roof of a church.
