Thicc is slang for the word thick. People use the word thick to describe objects, textures, and sometimes people’s intelligence. However, ‘thicc’ is generally used to describe objects, textures and people’s appearance rather than intelligence.

When pronounced, they sound the same, so you can only really tell when people use ‘thicc’ when they type it.
