He's the best to take to any event because he's the life of the party. His smile lights up an entire room. He loves his family and treats them with tons of respect. You would be very lucky to have him and call your own. Has a big heart and gives the absolute best hugs. Loves to play around and has fun no matter what. A picture perfect boyfriend that will do anything for you and to make you happy.

Cooked is a term for someone to politely refer to a Junkie who has lost all self control, they are usually the ones caught on video getting a fight over traffic, in shopping centres walking around not buying anything, picking up cigarette butts on the street, walking around in a T Shirt and Shorts in Winter, many more traits.
It used to refer to pot smokers being stoned but now its more the Ice/Meth/Shabu users who are just lost in their habit

Cooked Dude: Drives over a foot path, down the curb and around the corner crashes in to a power pole in middle of the day.
Bystander: What the F is wrong with you, are you cooked bro?
Cooked Dude: Ohhh errrr, ummmm yeah, ahhhhh

Are you cooked? is more rhetorical and derogatory in nature implying that someone is a mess, and their life is consumed in drugs.

1. When an entertainer or public figure has a fan base that becomes so obnoxious, annoying and generally despised, that the entertainer or public figure becomes the object of scorn, ridicule and hate by the public, despite the fan base being the actual problem, not the entertainer or public figure
2. When a person, group, movement or thing gains such significantly high level of popularity, that it actually causes an equal and opposite reaction from the public creating a subculture of near equal popularity that hates the source of popularity

1. Despite suffering from The Dane Cook Effect, Insane Clown Posse managed to stay consistent and at least gain some respect from the public for their ability to understand merchandising and utilize a good marketing strategy.
2. Even though conservationism is practical and pragmatic, too many annoying self righteous douches contaminated the public image of conservation leading to The Dane Cook Effect causing people do the opposite out of spite.
