Used to describe a female of ill repute you uses guest hand towels for purposes for which they are not designed. Typically this would involve the cleaning of excrement or vomit but can extend to mopping up vaginal discharge.

Combination of the two words Nacker and Shite-bag commonly used in the North Dublin area. It first became popular in Coolock, a town in Dublin 13.
