Ocean Toad

An ocean toad is defined as an individual, normally working in middle management, who sits around daily in a sea of waste and despair he or she calls their job. The ocean toad is known to regurgitate email messages already sent from other higher level sources even though he or she is aware that all of their subordinates had received the message. The ocean toad comes in many shapes and sizes, and is often recognized by it's rigid brow line and sloped uphill walk which is indicative of its desire to crawl out of the lonesome role of middle management to annoy others higher up the chain of command. Ocean toads hop from job to job making the lives of those they manage miserable.
Russ, the boss, is such an ocean toad. Did you see him resend that email about TPS-888 form? He's hopping up the ladder to the next level soon.
