Digital Nomad

TLDR; people who constantly travel (nomad) and constantly use computers (digital). The latter usually (but not necessarily) to generate income.
But there are these categories, broadly speaking. People who ...
1. ... have a remote job that they can do from anywhere who like to travel a lot.
2. ... have (usually new) money and confuse spending that on some sort of digitally administrable business that isn't sustainable with 'entrepreneurship'. While traveling.
3. ... scam other people by selling guides for how to become one of the above. While traveling.
4. ... record themselves buying, wearing, doing stuff that makes other, equally simple-minded people jealous. While traveling.
If they amass enough of aforementioned simpletons looking at their media, they may manage to generate an income from this.
Often people are in multiple groups.
Twenty years ago you would almost only meet digital nomads from group 1.

Nowadays they seem to be the minority.
Especially people who are rich often call themselves "digital nomads" because the following, better suited terms, sound way less cool:
affluent alien
made migrant
wealthy vagabond
Granny died and left me her fortune.
Finally I can become a digital nomad!

digit blocker

After spending several hours chatting someone up online, person A asks for person B's phone number. Person B plays hard to get and indicates that person A just might be lucky enough to get the phone number so person A persists with hopes that person B will eventually give in. Person A SHOULD just give up because Person B is just playing hard to get and who has time for that?
Sam: Dave, ya know I think you're superfly and would enjoy having a chat on the phone, seeing how we've hit it off on the computer for about 12 hours now.
Dave: Um no, I'm just going to tease you for ages before you finally show zero interest in me. At that point, I might give you my number just to see if you still want it.
Sam: Why ya gotta be like that, you Digit Blocker.

digital tyranny

The government's push for more and more surveillance online – things like banning encryption standards, banning mobile applications due to them providing high privacy standards, banning Virtual Private Networks (or severely restricting their usage), and various similar things.
The UK government is committing more and more digital tyranny as we speak: it is not reasonable to ban end-to-end encryption.
