LTL is an acronym for Lower Than Low. LTL can refer weasels, scammers OR LTL can also refer to a state of mind, or LTL maybe results from personal tragedies, heartbreak, or the terminally malcontent.

My husband is LTL-he ran off with the next door neighbor, the 2 LTL cheaters left both of us ladies to raise kids without daddies, that is LTL!
