Bermuda Shorts Day. Legendary Party at the University of Calgary. The story goes that an Editor-in-Chief at the Gauntlet Student newspaper wrote "wear shorts tomorrow" on a blackboard in a main hallway. Many people did, and the event went down in history. Modern BSD celebrations normally occur in a parking lot on campus, and are organized by the student's union. Essentially an excuse for men to wear flamboyant colours and Woman's shorts.
