An event where one loudmouthed fuck will not shut the fuck up turning the entire room into an audio war crime as society collapses in real time while everyone else sits there hostage too polite or too tired to tell them to superglue their stupid lips together and cease all mouth activity forever.

Lip Yapper

An individual person, or a group of people with a particular purpose, especially representing a business, society, organization who over promise and under deliver. They assure or promise a specific course of action(s) shall be completed. However the action(s) are not initiated and/or not followed up on as promised when one loops back to the person/organization for a progress report/update(s).
Resulting in undue delays and/or negative consequences especially time sensitive issues.

I contacted Life Works for an update on the referral(s) I requested and was informed by the Lip Yapper the referral(s) were not initiated.

My Lip Yapping co-worker always wants to have every Friday off so trades shifts with everyone. They always say its urgent and will take any shift they trade, but always finds a way to only take shifts that suits their schedule.

Online social dating profiles are full of LIP Yappers that becomes apparent when their pictures, physiques, age and personal info are delusional
