He is the best person in the whole universe for those who he is close to.

Someone who gets off, or just really just enjoys seeing other people In pain.

In a sexual way, They basically sexually attracted to seeing other people In pain, or get off to it (jerking off) to it. Which is disgusting but people enjoy it so I won't kinkshame lmfao.

In an emotional way, They just like seeing others in pain and enjoy it.
