Reference to someone somewhat maniacal in behavior. Someone who acts as if they are out of a Government testing facility.

subjective fact

A fact that is known to be true but not believed by some people.
We don't know when this term was coined, but it was coined by some kid named Wyatt around 2020-2025. The term was coined out of Wyatt's deeply philosophical thoughts on opinions and facts, while he was "walking to class from band class." When he first thought of it, he was right next to the stairs. This word remains some of his greatest life work from this point on.
The earth being flat is a subjective fact.
