DYI hate cards and hard-as-rocks pastries are given to couples, while delicious SPITE treats are spread to the joyous single masses... or to whomever you want, really. A guy that is most likely to go on a killing rampage. Spends much of his time in-doors, is very rational, violent, but rather introverted and humble. Probably has very low self-steem and spends his time viewing and writing definitions on Urban Dictionary, aswell as taking online tests.
I won't make an assumption here, but not to be confounded with loser, the spiteful loner is more fortunate in his life.

Unnecessary busy work imposed by employers to make sure they get their money’s worth out of employees or unnecessary working conditions imposed to micromanage employees.
I can perform my job better from (insert any location that makes sense), but am being told to go do it (insert other location that does not make sense) to keep tabs on me. This is some serious spite work.
You perform all of your duties, but are being asked to do some extra spite work that makes no sense and is usually mandated by someone else who is not an expert in your field.
Bad professional development/meetings that could have been emails just for the sake of having professional development/meetings are spite work.
When you are done with your work and more spite work is piled on because it would be a shame if you had nothing to do and were still being paid

A mustache grown to aggravate someone usually a superior. The game ends when the you (the grower) get tired and shave thereby losing or the superior orders you to shave acknowledging that they got so annoyed they had to pull rank.
